It works well. I like having humidity monitoring. I purchased it because of the remote sensors, but wish I could see them easier in the app and to know if they are active. I also would like to see remote sensors in other apps like Samsung smartthings. These added features would make it 5 stars.

So far excellent. Easy to use and easy to adjust temps, depending on the weather.
I changed out my EccoBee for the T9 and definitely prefer the T9.
