I'm very happy to have a thermostat that hooked to my phone as I cannot keep going up and down the stairs especially in the middle of the night if I need to get cooler. My only issue is that even though I set the times of days with the temp I want at what times, for some reason it doesn't always stay on schedule.

Good thermosate poor wifi

I have bought 10 of these of similiar types. One has failed twice by dropping off wifi had to be replaced. I have to call in installer since Honeywell will not stand by warranty unless professional installed it replaces itl

Said it was going to have HomeKit support when lunched at CES2019 by end of year and still nothing in April 2020. Otherwise it is a good design, works well, and happy with it overall.

The Honeywell T9 is was easy to install. I really like the extra room sensor and being able to control to the appropriate room for comfort. Very happy with my purchase.
