I have one for upstairs and for downstairs. Installed them last week. They seem to be working great! They were surprisingly easy to set up. I needed them because we have several dogs and now we can make sure the pups are comfortable when we are not home. Plus with the app (which works fine - I'm not really sure why others seem to be having issues) which operates both units has been very easy to install/use. Now I don't have to run upstairs/downstairs to check the thermostat, or even have to get out of bed at night if I want to change it. We're actually sleeping better - which I thought was an interesting selling point, but it's true. They are simply great. I was recommended the T9 by one of the facility managers at work, who has these installed at many of our company locations. Thank you, Honeywell! Great product!

Easy to use. Only issue is your HVAC had to be made in the last 10 years. If not. You have to connect a wire to power the display and wifi features.

Easy to install. The Priority Room feature with remote senors syncs the heat/ac to the room we are in - and saves us money. The app is comprehensive and easy to use. I recommend the T9 and accompanying room sensors.
