My AC guy is great but he had a hard time installing the thermostat. I love the thermostat, and Iâm saving money now that itâs programmable. Easy to use on phone and with Alexa.

When trying to prioritize between remote sensor and thermostat it seems to have a mind of its own. I have to keep checking to be sure it stays where I left it and iften I have to change the setting. The first night I had it running it was not adjusti

I bought two T9âs for our vacation home. They were super easy to install. They work as intended and came back online after a brief power outage.

My old Honeywell thermostat had a jumper between the A & A1 terminals. The instructions for the new one could have been more specific and detailed when it came to where to hook up the red wire in the new unit.

The app should automatically show all camera feeds. As it is you have to click the blank screen for each camera, wait a while and then the image appears. And you can only do one at a time. Not a good user experience.

I've already recommended it to family members. I previously owned a Nest thermostat and the geofencing feature is far superior to Nest and way more intuitive. And I don't have to worry about big brother Google listening in.
