I have 2 Resideo smart thermostats in my home and they both work great! They were easy to install. I really enjoy being able to control the temperature from the Resideo app.

Outstanding product with the ability average multiple bedrooms to create a bedroom average. When only a single bedroom is occupied, that room can quickly be set as the master. Great for guests.

It used to work well but I had to reinstall, total nightmare. My issue started with I had to change email address. Impossible to do. Once you set it up if something is wrong it won't let you change a thing.

I love the product but the app is really not user friendly. I’ve followed the walkthrough and it’s still kind of frustrating at the parameters it is limited to.
I purchased this as my hear registers are on the ceiling of the ground floor in my house so downstairs is freezing but upstairs is very hot. The difference can be about 12 degrees sometimes. But with this and the sensor they have finally found a happy medium. But it took quite a bit to get there…

Great decision to install the T9 Smart Thermostat

We switched to a Wifi Smart Thermostat and are happy to have chose the T9 Smart Thermostat from Honeywell. It has improved our heating bill by using the Geofencing mode where it conserves energy and changes the temperature to maximize energy savings. The Resideo app works well to control the thermostat from anywhere! Definitely recommend!
