The smart thermostat paired with smart sensors has been a huge upgrade for our home. We have a single zone steam boiler and our daughters room used to run cold. We added a smart sensor in her room and are able to prioritize her room at night.

As a first time user of a WIFI enabled thermostat I will give it a solid 4 stars. I am just now getting into the whole electronic home idea and so far I am liking it. Hard to believe but I just got internet in my home and this was the first thing added. Not much to say currently other than this.

The product is very good in standalone mode, but I am still waiting my Resideo Developer access for integrating the T9+ in my Home Assistant environment. Resideo Developer access should be granted in less than 2 weeks and we are way over that now.
