If you have to call in prepare to be on hold. And since the unit is so new the food on the hone dot know anything about the device and secure with you about it.

We like the large temperature display. So easy to read at a distance. Also like the outside temperature display on it. It's very easy to operate from my phone. Love that feature!

The geofencing feature is very buggy and does not work well at all. The schedules are also difficult to create and manage practically.

Easy to install and use, and controlling my thermostat with my phone is so incredibly useful. It's one of those things you didn't know you needed until you have it. I'm scheduling my next trip right now!

I installed my T9 thermostat with no issues or problems when the thermostat came out.
Then the WiFi connection was lost. Call Honeywell, talked to them about my situation and fixed within an 5 minutes. Awesome!! Thank you for a great product.
