The thermostat works as advertised. It is a good looking thermostat. But I do not like back light brighter than a nightlight. The alarm that I have set to tell me if the temperature is low is through email not a quicker notification on my phone. I would prefer an instant notification.

Overall the T-9 is a nice upgrade.
The geo-fencing was the main feature I wanted and it works great. Also being able to see or change the temp in my house from anywhere in the world is great.
One down side is the vertical orientation, many old thermostats (like mine) are widerer and the holes/paint marks might not be covered (I had to make a back plate to cover).
Also the thermostat keeps the temperature very steady, good for comfort but it does cycle my furnace more than the old one. It would be nice if there was a setting for this but unfortunately not.

Easier to relink, but not as responsive as the previous model. Slow to adjust to changes through the app. App is not as user friendly. Not awful but not great either.

I like the thermostat features and look. It is easy to use. We were not able to use the provided C wire adapters (had to purchase other adapters) but are using the provided sensors. It is not clear based on feel, that the sensors are averaging the temperature between the room with the thermostat and the room with the sensor.

Thermostat works well and I like the room sensors but it cycles too much to maintain the temp. Cannot find a setting that would let you adjust the temp swing to limit short cycling which puts too much wear and tear on the system. Thsi is how I normally run ky systems. More temp swing and less cycling.
