Good product overall, however, since it was a refurbished/used product, I was unable to register utlizing the mfg suggested actions. Still connected to 3d party home automation device with no issue.

New thermostat works really well. I love the circulation feature with a remote temperature sensor. It reduces the temperature difference between our main level and lower level.

Great themostat only draw back the room sensors are not backwards compatible this one only can link to 1st generation sensors which are considered out of date. Otherwise works like they said and is easy to use

Not compatible with my existing 2 wire (C & R) honeywell furnace board that was only a few years old. The furnace itself had multiple wires going to the board (W etc). So it was frustrating to find I wasn’t able to get an adapter or replacement board to make this work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I was having major issues connecting new fibre internet to my smart devices. I finally decided to update my ten year old Honeywell T5 for a T9 which is the only unit that services both 2.4 and 5 ghz wifi frequencies. Easy to re-install. With help from the Residio and internet provider techs I soon had all my smart devices synced. My new purchase came with a room sensor which I put in my 2nd floor master bedroom. Now I enjoy scheduled temperatures throughout the day and night and remotely when I'm away.
