All was great except for the problems hooking up WiFi connectivity. I had to spend a lot of time on the phone with support, and they were also stumped at one point. We finally changed to a different program in order to make things work.

Once we figured out how to wire the common wire everything was easy. Installed two T9 thermostats and have found them to be reliable devices both in A/C and Heat mode.
