The best brand Thermostat I have used. It is easy to install and operate. It is very accurate in the main Thermostat and the wireless remote unit. The IR feature on the remote is very useful. The instructions are detailed and was key for a trouble free installation.

Overall a nice design but with some flaws.
Maintaining WiFi connectivity seems to be a problem across the three units I purchased. I even returned one to the store I bought it from only to find the new one had the same issue. I created a dedicated network just for the thermostats and this helped a little. Until it happened again and I had to reset everything, thermostats and router/modem.

The app is good, but does not offer some of the same functionality of the competitor models. IFTTT comparability is ok, not overly user friendly and the Toal Connect 2.0 app seems to be better integrated than Honeywell Home. Unfortunately, you can’t use Total Connect 2.0 with these thermostats and not have the other products etc. the Resideo app is also VERY limited. It would be really nice to have Apple Homelit integration like some of your previous models.
It’s a “smart” thermostat that doesn’t particularly learn a lot, at least not as I have seen.

I love this T9 thermostat. The app makes it so I can control it from anywhere I am. I was outside working in the yard and saw the heat in the house was turning on, I was able to drop the temprature without going back inside the house. Love that it tells me the humidity in the house too.

Overall the thermostat works fine. The ussue us that the geofencing stopped working after about the first week. Tried to reinstall the app but no change in geofencing operation.

Easy to install. The Priority Room feature with remote senors syncs the heat/ac to the room we are in - and saves us money. The app is comprehensive and easy to use. I recommend the T9 and accompanying room sensors.
