We are still learning how to control the T9 when two family members both have the Resideo app on their phones. I set the temp on my phone before I left the other day but for some reason it did not take effect. My wife set it from her phone and it worked. Plus doing a temp increase or decrease on the T9 is something I have not figured out. I woke up one morning and the house as at 67 degrees (this is summer in Texas) and I could not get it to stop. I ended up using the Resideo app to reset the schedule and had to create the schedule again. It was as if someone (we did have a guest that night) set it to a constant cool. But I don't know how one could do that from the the wall thermostat. Like I said, we are still learning how to use this. I'll look on youtube for possible instruction videos.

The thermostat device is great with a lit display in which you can also adjust for nights. Desired improvements.. first, being able to see remote temps on the main screen or have a setting that provides this option. For the android app, it would be nice to see the equipment status how it shows on the main thermostat.. especially for 2 stage units. Otherwise, I'm liking this new device which I've owned for 1-2 months now.

Helps keep my 2 story house at a consistent temperature throughout. I only wish the fan was able to be set to cycle when the temperature varies too much. I current can only cycle. I also wish I was able to easily see both temperatures from the thermostat and sensor on the dashboard.
