Looks great and overall works well but keep losing it on app and have redo load it and restart thermostats then it says on app that it’s already registered and not able to use it on the app as it’s not there
We were replacing older thermostats with T9s for the connected capability. Remote monitoring, etc. The thermostats were easy to install and connect to the network. Instructions were clear. Setting up a schedule is not hard - but the app makes you do each step manually so it takes awhile if you have a moderately complex schedule. Copy and paste would be nice.... I'd also like to be able to copy schedules from one thermostat to another.
A great improvement over most basic “old school” type home thermostats. Having remote control to adjust temperature when out of home is quite a convenience and helps manage energy usage!
We have two other resideo thermostats, but this one has vents in two rooms, the Guest room has the thermostat, the gym doesn't. We found we needed a sensor in the gym for better control of the cooling /heating pricess.
My wife and I absolutely love the T9 Thermostst. Once set up it's very easy to use and set up. We also got one remote sensor and it's in our living room. We have it set as the primary because it gets hotter in there in the Florida summer. Our electric bill has gone down more than we thought it would so yes it's worth the money and we are very happy with it.
Much better than my previous thermostat, which was a top brand, but lasted less than 3 years. The installation and instructions were straightforward so it’s easy to use.
I had an existing Honeywell t-stat so I snapped it in place without rewiring the base. I set up the remote in a room other than where the control stat is located and put a thermometer by it. It has worked well, keeping the temperature in the room with the remote as programmed.
