Easy to install. don't have to be an experienced contractor. just take your time and follow the instructions. Programming was a breeze. Love the geofencing. the remote sensor works great.

The remote sensor is lacking that it doesn't associate with a second zone on the main unit. I don't see the point of the sensor if it will only serve to make the one zone cool more or heat more. I have a two zone system and I would have to buy a 2nd

The addition of the remote sensors is a game-changer for my needs as we live in an older ranch style home and temperatures vary greatly between rooms. Using remote sensors has greatly improved the overall temperature within our home.

Very easy install for both my downstairs gas furnace/ a/c combination and upstairs heat pump with heat strip backup. The T9 even told during the setup process that I had wired the backup heat to the wrong W terminal. Great app, easy to use, love it!
