I bought t9 It DID NOT COME WITH A BACK PLATE which made it installation very difficult. I had to paint the area and it looks terrible

I've already recommended it to family members. I previously owned a Nest thermostat and the geofencing feature is far superior to Nest and way more intuitive. And I don't have to worry about big brother Google listening in.

I replaced my older 7 day programable stat with the T9 wanting to be able to make changes when not at home using the app, it works great. The install was simple I didnât have a C wire but had a spare wire to use so I didnât use the adapter.

Hi ,always been a fan of your product my installation was not that good do tu my rauter not Communicating to my thermostat on a 2.4 channel hope this will help for future but i love it thanks .

This is the best thermostat i have seen. I save money with it my family forgets to turn of the heat & A/C in my house so the thermostat does it for me . My kids dont complain its to hot anymore because i got the room sensors. And i save money now

Device from a hardware installation point was very easy. Really like the ease of use from a programming standpoint. The app is another story. May be dependent on type of route/WiFi but from a install point you need to be above average technically.

Comment - I would prefer that the light panel would turn off when the unit is idle. Otherwise, I like the look and functionality.
