Love this thermostat. I can control it from anywhere, set the temp to anyroom with a temp sensor, or set to average all the sensors. It is more afordable than other options and works well.

Love this thermostat! It is very accurate compared to others I've had. You can easily set a schedule on the app. It shows the outside temperature on the unit and the temperature can easily be adjusted when needed and then returns to the schedule.

I found the push down lugs to not be as good as the screw down terminal strips. It didn't grab the one control wire like it should have. The home page and the navigation is not very logical or intuitive. Seems that everytime I wish to change mode or set point I have to guess what to press on screen. I guess if I used it enough I would get used to it, but it is installed in a vacation home. The phone application screen is better than thermostat screen. Remote control of thermostat works well from the phone app, I am able to change set points and modes before I arrive.

Matter standard needed for poor cloud connection

Your android app is constantly displaying "No Internet connection" when I need to use it, finally works after trying for the 3, 4 time. Your CEO is a liar, he promoted the matter standard years ago, just to promote your brand but so far you are not doing anything with this technology which will greatly increase reliability solve your very poorly unreliable cloud connection. Your API to interconnect with other smart homes services is very bad, unreliable, it constantly disconnects from my google home platform using Google Wifi Pro. All my devices are matter standard compatible. Your GUI is not friendly towards the extra sensors, it's so hidden. With google nest, it's so easy to see the reading in all of them at the same time.

I have been using this thermostat for a month and overall like it. The C wire adapter works well and installation was no problem. The app works well on Android, but even without the app the interface is easy to use. I am using the sensors to fix poor thermostat placement. Unfortunately it is missing some features that comparable smart thermostats have. There is no option to combine geofence and schedule. CPH and temperature swing cannot be adjusted. I hope they add features to the software in the future, but until then I would recommend a different thermostat if these features are needed.
