Finally, after 25 years of too hot or cold, the remote sensor keeps the temp steady without hot spots or cold spots. Great solution if your thermostat is far away or too close to a register. Sleeping better. Only issue is if you have 5 wire system be sure to order the adaptor and go to it’s instructions FIRST. Main manual has you label wires and then later re-label wires but not telling you to re connect at the new label’s connection site. Hate do overs. People write installation manuals but haven’t done it. Skill should be comfortable with getting on knees, dealing with small wires and good vision for small print.

Bought this model to replace older honeywell model. Instructions were easy to use and it came with everything for install. I bought the the wall cover plate as well. It allowed me to use the original holes from the old unit so that I didn't have to make additional holes in my wall. Overall it took 30 minutes to swap out old with new. Set up to WiFi was seamless and I can monitor and adjust the temperature from anywhere.

Pretty easy to install, even with the C-wire adapter. The fuse on my HVAC popped during the install and that was a bit confusing, but a quick trip to autozone and I was in business. The app is easy to use and program. Overall I’m a happy customer with this thermostat.
