not the greatest, pretends to tell you the outside weather but updates seldomly, either daily or weekly. If you set the thermostat to heat your house starting at 8 AM and starts quite a bit before that, supposedly to make sure it's warm when you get up , keep that in mind when setting the thermostat. Not happy with this unit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best deal and set up if you already own Honeywell! We replaced a non wifi enabled thermostat within 10 min. It was easy to install and I love the features on the app to put priority on a room. Meaning at night our bedroom stays the same temperature. I also love the geo fencing options!

Easy to install. Works well. Enabling Wifi was quick and effective. The only issue I have is that there are multiple mobile apps. You need to make sure you pick the right one or set up won't work.

This thermostat was easy to install. Instructions provided are good but the Honeywell's technician joined by phone was excellent to explain me where to find the C-wire on my electric heating boiler. Easy to program too. The interface of T9 smart thermostat is intuitive and friendly user. The temperature inside my house is very well maintained since the installation, two months ago. My biggest irritant is to understand how this smart thermostat make decision to start or to stop my heating system. Some explanations should be provided to understand the logic of functioning.

Easy set up, I like the GEO fence, smart and easy to use for the most part. Only thing I can think about wishing was different is the ability to average between rooms when using the remote temperature sensors. Also, when is a smart company going to start to use smart temp settings that sets to a “feels like temp”? This thermostat has the ability with the use of the humidity sensor and temp sensor together.

I keep loosing internet connection 😒

I have a problem with the internet connection loose at my lake house and it is 190 miles away. It is very difficult for me to reset my thermostat from home. I bought the unit so I could use it from home.
