It’s everything I had hoped a wireless thermostat to be.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Flaw in design feature, support issue.

While I am satisfied with the product as a hole, I cannot understand why a design feature has failed, why support only offers circular reasoning, and they cannot fix the issue.
The feature that can send an email if an under/over temp or humidity problem exists, sends that email, using a light gray font on a white background that can barely be read indoors and completely impossible outdoors. Support says that cannot be fixed. Perhaps they should discontinue that feature altogether as it is useless. If this is not important to anyone, then the T9 is a good choice.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I really like this thermostat and the functionality of it. However there are a couple of items that I don’t like about it. The first one is just really about looks. They do not make a vanity ring for the thermostat to trip it out just in case you did have some mounting imperfections. The other dislike is pretty major in my opinion. My thermostat is constantly loosing connectivity even though it is extremely close to my router and it’s not a connectivity. I mainly bought this thermostat for its scheduling and app functionality but when it’s always losing connectivity it really takes away the ease of remotely accessing the thermostat.
These thermostats are their subsations avereage the temps in the room so as not to over heat or over cool. Combined with our solar panels and heat pump the savings are substantial.
Well worth the money. Gives me more control of the temperature balance throughout the bedrooms. Of course one does need to buy the sensors. Great combination. Looking forward to buying one for the basement as well. The hydronic baseboard system is very basic as it only has 3 zones, and I'm sure it would be even better if it was used in a heat/cool environment.
