It does what it is supposed to do. Nice to be able to control from my phone instead of having to head downstairs to tweak the temp. And this thermostat with the remote sensor made it so I did not have to relocate my thermostat.
Suggestion for improvement, thus 4-stars: I cannot tell on the display or app which sensor I am controlling from or which temp is being displayed. It would be nice if both temps OR a label indicating which temp.is displaying

It blends with my wall very beautifully! It has all the functions of a designer digital thermostat! Great price for all I get! I will say the accessory for the individual room temperature is a bit bigger than I’d like but it works great!

Hi, when the thermostat is running in heat the thermostat background will be a solid orange and a solid blue when running in cool, you also see heat to xx or cooling to xx under the indoor temperature.

Chose the T9 because it was highly recommended by people in the HVAC trade, internet, etc. I've owned and installed several different brands of smart thermostats and this is definitely no better than a Nest (3rd gen, E, or the newest gen), which everyone said was the case. The smart assistant integrations are worse than Nest, the data it makes available is worse than Nest, and it's missing features from most other smart thermostats. Would not purchase again and I will be leaving it behind when we move.

Overall, it works very well. Navigating the software has its challenges. I still cannot alter the temperature range from my phone. I am not sure why that is not allowed.
