I have a three zone house, so have three T9s. “Nesting” the three systems and thermostats on my phone is just so great and convenient. Been looking to do this for a while, since before the T9s were installed, I had to literally run about the house to the individual unit thermostats to adjust them. Now, using my phone, I can simply adjust or program the thermostats from anyplace - inside or outside the house.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Installed this to replace a unit that was damaged due to a tech working on my furnace who caused an arch. This new unit will not connect to the preexisting sensors I have in other rooms though.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased the T9 thermostat Honeywell. It has already paid for itself. During peak hours SRP will control the temp up by 3 degrees, which will save you money. You are able to control Temp through your phone from anywhere. Very easy to install.

The app doesn’t have the weekly schedule set up. I did the weekly/daily schedule on the device itself..

Good a standalone; app is not intuitive and clunky. Alexa integration terrible; connection between Resideo Alexa skill and Alexa fails and has to be reset every 10 minutes - DO NOT PURCHASE IF ALEXA INTEGRATION IS IMPORTANT TO YOU.

Great product. The room sensors allow me to adjust temperature at night based on bedrooms upstairs. In past it would get hot in rooms but a/c would not run due to lower temp downstairs.
The app could be better. You cant see the room sensors temperature unless to go to priority settings or app settings. Would be nice if they were displayed on main page.
