Very easy to install and use! The name change from Honeywell to Resideo threw me off since i had never heard of "Resideo" and was concerned downloading the software, but after a quick web search, found out it was legit. I have not had any issies with the T9 at all and highly recommend!

Bought this thermostat because of its auto mode capability. During seasonal weather it will automatically shift from cooling to heat so we wake up to comfortable temps. Replacement instructions were very simple and easy to replace the old thermostat. App was easy to install and understand and now can control home temp from my phone. I would recommend this device to friends and family.

The T9 is great but the installation instructions are poor. I have been a home builder and commercial airline pilot for 30 years. I am very familiar with technology. I followed the instructions carefully. When I first installed the thermostat on my heat pump it was blowing hot air when I selected A/C.
The problem turned out to be the configuration of the thermostat which was not mentioned in the instructions. Once installed you have to go into the settings and tell the thermostat that you have a heat pump. I finally figured this out on my own after watching a YouTube video for another thermostat.
That turned the installation time into 1.5 hours instead of the 30 minutes it should have been.
That said I love the T9. With the remote sensor I can now control the temperature in the room that I need it not in the hall where the thermostat is.

Great thermostat. Tried Ecobee but temperatures not accurate and geofencing cannot use with more than one user. T9 is simple to use and accurate. Very satisfied.
