Overall works well to create extra wire. Problem light is always on and can’t be turned off. Installing is relatively easy, if you understand basic wiring. Just hook wire to designated letter on each screw. I would like to adjust delays after a/c shuts down and let fan continues a minute or two. Installer had concerns that moisture could fall back into new HVAC, because I didn’t upgrade my venting. I guess it’s possible, but original HVAC ran 33 years no problem. Only reason for upgrade was California utilities rates now outrageous lately and bills liters doubled. Thermostat could already built in delay , but unable to verify settings in thermostat. 👍🏻

Awfully undetectable. The geofencing is so inconsistent that i find myself having to manually check and make sure that the thermostat adjusted after i left. This is so counter-productive that i would rather buy a 10 dollar thermostat and just monitor the same.

Works well but has one fatal flaw

Bought three of these T-9’s for my new furnace. They seem to work well EXCEPT for one major flaw. You can’t geofence while using your schedule. All other competitors do this with ease. This makes using the unit so much simpler which you would think Honeywell would want. It is actually much more complicated the way it works. Geofence and scheduling should go hand in hand. I will be switching to Nest or Ecobee, both of which can handle geofencing and scheduling together and not keeping them as separate functions.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
