Overall, this thermostat did what I wanted it to which was to have a remote thermostat in a better spot to control room temp. Easy to install and program. Had to dig a little to find particular programming help on the remote thermostat. Also, can’t figure out how to hook up emergency heat (maybe this model does not do that).
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great upgrade and works perfectly for controlling temperature remotely and automatically when I'm away or at night. Really like the tracking as well of total run time on the A/C unit!

I purchased this thermostat after getting a new furnace installed because the Google nest I had wouldn't connect. It's easy to install and I like that you can get sensors for each room too better control the average temperature throughout my home. I've also received 1 electric bill after this installation and it reduced it slightly, so far. I can't wait to see how much further it goes down especially with the weather warming up. I would recommend this thermostat to anyone that wants an upgrade to a smart thermostat and doesn't want to use Google. I don't think I'll ever switch back! Thanks Honeywell for a great product!

The concept is cool. I have many sensors in the house to use active rooms functionality. The schedules are not followed as the time is glitching out so it has a hard time switching over from one time setting to the next. The app doesn’t help with the time as you cannot check what time the system thinks it is not does it allow you to refresh to get it to pull the correct time. I have two HVAC units and it is highly annoying that they cannot stay on the schedule. One will malfunction scheduling wise, I get it to finally resolve then the other one will malfunction the next day. Pretty annoyed with the functionality and lack there of.
