Not too difficult to install and setup. I like how it can be set for different times of day or set by an app on my phone. The weather doesn't always show up but that's a trivial point. Wish I had purchased it earlier.

Works great, really like the intermittent fan run setting. It along with the remote sensors help to keep the whole house temperature more consistent, without cooler or warmer areas in the house.

We upgraded from the T5 model, very pleased with the T9. I really enjoy the goefencing option that is offered. There are even accessories that can be purchased to zone rooms, which will be our next addition!
