Don’t hesitate to call tech support for help!

Was hoping this was going to be plug and play replacing my old non-programmable thermostat, but I ended up having to call tech support. I’m happy to say that the tech support was the best I’ve ever experienced. I needed to use one of the spare wires on the cable from my furnace to the thermostat, and that was a bit overwhelming at first, but the tech did a “FaceTime” session with me, had me show him the furnace, and the cable where the thermostat was being installed, and he had me up and running in less than an hour. The new programmable thermostat works great, the app is very helpful, and having the additional sensor in the master bedroom works great !

The ability to use the remote sensor is great. At my house I can not put the main thermostat box where it should be to detect accurate temperature.

Works exactly how I needed it to work. Bought a new to me home, and I wanted to be able to adjust the thermostat without walking down and back up the stairs... Now I can adjust from the comfort of my bed. Love that it monitors the outside temps and gives me that info. A big improvement on setting up the programming from the older style thermostat I had.

Easy to set up and program. Remote sensors are easy to add and configure. Everything is intuitive and the app works great. The thermostat has the ability to average sensor readings. Ended up buying one extra sensor so that I had the same number of sensors on each floor for when we are living on both floors. I use the adaptive recovery setting, but find I still need to adjust my programs by about 30 min. Still much better than any other programmable thermostat I’ve used in the past.
