I upgraded from my old Honeywell smart thermostat that I was very happy with. Because I had sun hitting the thermostat daily disrupting the set temp, I wanted to go with the T9 that comes with a sensor for another room. This solved my problem be placing it in another room, now the temp stays more stable throughout the house. This was easy to install, love the interface, looks great and I love the auto function to switch between heat and cool automatically. Highly recommended!

Love the stat, easy to setup and configure. It is missing some fine tuning parameters, I would love to have lock out settings to establish a low limit lockout for the heat pump as well as a high limit lockout for the auxiliary/emergency heat.

I installed the T9 approximately 1 month ago and have been happy with its performance so far. The installation was simple and the unit as a whole is very user-friendly. My only complaint is regarding the limited scheduling options. My energy company has a somewhat complicated time-of-use structure and I cannot program enough events for the thermostat to track with this energy use structure. As automating my system to align with this billing system was a primary goal of purchasing this thermostat, I have deducted one star from my rating. Otherwise I am very happy with the unit.
