Sensor Not Working

My thermostat works great but the sensor wasn't working. I tried switching out multiple batteries but still would not turn on to connect. I tried reaching out to Resideo multiple times to just sit on the phone for over an hour waiting. Very frustrating I can't get a hold of someone to fix a simple problem.

Perfect replacement for obsolete remote system!

This was the perfect solution to replace a wireless thermostat system that was no longer produced. My thermostat is actually on my furnace so being able to have the remote sensors allowed me to regulate heat based on my actual living spaces without having to rewire the furnace! Very happy with the product!

T9 Smart Thermostat with 3 wireless Smart Room Sen

I have a 2,400 square feet bungalow, living room, dinning room are full south with big windows. There is a 15 feet hallway leading to the rooms on the other side (north), the HVAC thermostat for the central heating, cooling (heat pump) is in the hallway. So when it is sunny it get pretty warm in the south rooms and the heat gets to the thermostat making the north end room, less comfortable, and sometimes cold. In the winter the furnace does not start to make the north rooms comfortable so they gets cold. In summer air-conditioning starts because it is so warm in south rooms, making it uncomfortable again in north end rooms, been in this house 14 years and it has been our biggest issue so far..
I installed Honeywell T9 in hall way, a wireless smart room sensor in each of the north end rooms, office, bedroom and bathroom, then configuring the T9 to have these 3 sensors as the priority. I has now been a little over one month ago now; WOW now it is comfortable all the time, this is simply great and I highly recommend.
Being able to give priority to one or multiple wireless smart room sensor changes everything.
I am aware that the T9 is capable of doing other fancier things, but for this house this is the best, greatest thing.
