We've had it for a month, and it does everything promised. I had to call customer service a couple times, and after a long wait (30-45 minutes), the customer service was excellent. If the wait time had been shorter, I would have given 5 stars.

There is No Apple HomeKit Intergration

Just installed our new T9 Thermostat. There is no Apple Homekit integration like it says on this site. Does the device need an update?

Hi CountryCloudBoy, thank you for bringing this to our attention. If you do not seethe option to connect to Homekit your thermostat needs a firmware update. Please make sure that it is connected to Wi-Fi, the update should be done automatically. Updated our thermostats. Remote ability to control the thermostats was a big selling point for me. Connecting sensors throughout the home to monitor temp is very helpful.
I replaced a Honeywell T6 with out WIFI with the T9 with WIFI. Installed two remote wireless sensors with the thermostat. Put one in the bedroom the other in the living room. The T9 is in the Dinning Room. I am using the online app. with the motion sensor. Only had it a few months and works great.
