Great Device, Instructions & Support Not So Much

When coupled with remote sensors and a schedule, this thermostat provides homeowners the level of control usually limited to systems with dampers or multi-zone systems. However the instructions showing the by-room level control available when assigning individual remotes is not clear. The installation instructions for the wall mount tape used with remotes is completely missing. And there is no way to register the T9 on either the Honeywell or Resideo web sites; T9 is missing from the available device lists!

We have a basement apartment that is always about 8 degrees colder than the upstairs. With the remote transmitter, the temperatures match much closer now.
Returned after realization that only the default lock code was available. This is crazy, but seems to be the case with all "Smart" thermostats from this company.
I recently installed a T9, but I can't switch from Cool to Heat or to Auto, as the Mode screen only displays Cool and Off. This is a serious problem as the cold season is approaching fast in my area. I made a Factory Reset, but the problem persists.
