Big drawback on product is lack of any plate to cover hole occupied by old thermostat. This unit is odd shaped. Searched online for a plate sold by another manufacturer. Once I got the plated delivered, I had to drill holes and mount T9 to plate.

Installation was mixed experience; lots of settings not explained clearly anywhere. Once installed, software is surprisingly weak. Schedules get forgotten if you switch to geofencing and back, functions can only be done on thermostat screen etc

I bought two T9âs for our vacation home. They were super easy to install. They work as intended and came back online after a brief power outage.

My old Honeywell thermostat had a jumper between the A & A1 terminals. The instructions for the new one could have been more specific and detailed when it came to where to hook up the red wire in the new unit.
