Love the functionality of the thermostat. Mobile app and controls are fantastic. Looks clean. Would prefer for the thermostat to have a backup battery, in case of a power outage. The install required a professional d/t having a home built in the 60s. All in all, very happy with the purchase.
The product has a great remote temperature sensor that keeps my bedroom at the temperature I select. The ‘stat only uses geofencing to turn on and off. No AI, even though it is billed as a smart thermostat.
Easy to install, directions were pretty clear, one wire we struggled to match but finally figured it out. Easy to connect to home internet and google home. Easy to see display. Love that I never have to change from heat to cool and back again!
The T9 was easy to install, and I was able to quickly program it without my computer. It's smarter than my old programmable thermostat, and compatible with my 5G router.
Really like this thermostat. I bought two, one for main living area and one for finished basement. The Residio app works well and allows us to access both remotely. I only wish I could integrate them with Apple Homekit
Good values for the money but there are issues if using with Alexa. Temperature will not revert back to schedule if changed via that method . Also on the app, there us no option to hold until next schedule
Better than expected. I replaced an old thermostat for my furnace and finally got the desired level of comfort. Before it was either too hot or too cold. Now, I got the sweet spot. I have a 2,000 sqft house and the remote wireless sensors work great. The thermostat is in the basement and the farthest sensor, which is in the 3rd floor, gets a strong signal. The sensors don’t require to use your Wifi. But you can connect your Thermostat to your Wifi to control it remotely via Internet using the Resideo app. Now I can access remotely in my phone the temperature and the humidity levels in each part of the house. The scheduler works very well too. You can set the target temperature for different times of the day. Technical support is very good. I had a question and I received support via chat in their web page. There are some items to improve: 1) Wireless sensors use AAA batteries that require replacement once a year. It would be better to use batteries that last longer. 2) Sensors attach to their wall plates with a push and click. I am not sure how many uninstall/install that piece is going to last. 3) The thermostat wall plate is not designed to cover the hole left by your old thermostat. 4) The Resideo app will give you a history of the run time, but it has a 2 to 3 day delay. 5) I also have a steamer connected to the furnace, but I cannot control it with my T9 Thermostat, it seems that Honeywell has a different device that allows you to control both a furnace and a steamer (or a humidifier).
