You should make a programming feature option that can cause the ac to run a minimum of 15-20 minutes regardless of temperature so that when the AC clicks on it runs long enough to not cause excessive wear on the unit (i.e. no more 5 minute on/off frequent running)

Absolutely Luv our new Honeywell T9! Easy to install and set up, used some help from videos. Should have gotten one long ago. Look fwd to lowering heating bills.

We really like the T9/T10 series thermostats. They do everything we want. The only issue we had with our T9 was that it wouldn't locate our home wifi, so we had to put it on our guest network. If not for that, I'd have given it 5 stars.

Just think that this type of technology would allow for an "infinite" program....it is made for 4 settings only adjustable in blocks of 15 minutes. If it was numerous settings (such as: morning, late morning, afternoon, early evening, late evening, sleep) it would be a bit more customizable.

This thermostat is OK once it works. My Internet went out, I had no heat, and had to reprogram all of the sensors and the main device in order to get the heat to come back on. I have the Geo fence on, sometimes it does not recognize the kids being home, therefore it is 65° in the house until I come home and it kicks back on. Technology is great and all when it works, but nothing beats the old fashion thermostat.
