Easy install. Replaced an existing upstairs thermostat and added the sensor to the downstairs for more even temperatures and accurate readings. Love being able to have presets and control it with the app even when not home.

Be judicious about where you place the sensors. We bought an additional two, in order to place them in three places around our first floor. It’s made a noticeable difference towards properly balancing the temperature throughout the rooms. I’ll be curious to see if there’s a tiny drop in our electric bill.

The thermostat now cools rooms that used to be warmer. We actually raised the temperature 1 degree because the true temp is now actually too cold.

The T9/T10 remote temperature sensor is a great add on benefit to the great service already being provided by the Honeywell T9/T10 thermostat. The WiFi temperature reading is very accurate to within one to two degrees of the displayed reading. I have four sensors installed in my home.
