The smart thermostat is fairly easy to use and respnsive. The app is terrible, completely useless. Thankfully I'm able to use Alexa.

Nice Thermostat. Wish I could figure out how to make it work right. It tells me it is on the away schedule when I am at home standing in front of it. The geocaching is OK, just need to figure out how to add too phones to it...just gotta RTM better.

It is a relief to be able to control the a/c through my mobile phone. If extreme heat or freezing weather strikes. Last winter we were not home when a strong freeze hit my town. We could not drive back home on the frozen highways either and we were afraid that water pipes inside the house would crack when the water froze.
Today I can control the a/c and the heating systems remotely. That is peace of mind.
