Overall I am pleased with features of this thermostat. App is easy to use. Only thing I wish they would add is a feature to let the thermostat drop or rise an extra degree to keep the system from short cycles.

I think it wasn’t necessary buying extras, it the AC works exactly the same ways as if I didn’t have any, furthermore if you think you are going to be able to have different temperature in the rooms that’s a big no. Don’t buy any extra sensor when you get the T9 “smart” Thermostat.

This smart thermostat does allow you to track real time usage, it takes to show usage, thus not allowing you adjust for targeted usage time. Wifi on unit continually falls out and must be reset at thermostat.

Easy to setup and configure. One setting I would recommend that other smart thermostats have is a reminder to change UV light. Other than that it's a great smart thermostat.
