Works good. Had a slight issue with setup where it didn't detect the central air. Also the app was named something completely different than the instructions.

Decent stat for the modern day heating and cooling hvac systems. Plenty of internal settings to satisfy most multi stage heating or cooling home systems. Reminders, system settings, screen brightness and other settings can be modified to suit your system and space. Can add remote sensors, but i did not. Nice looking and operates easily through its own touch screen or phone app. The phone app could use a color update interface like other Honeywell apps,but it works well for the intended purpose. Honeywell customer service has been very helpful with any of my questions through their online chat/text option. If you can find the t9 on sale, its a nice solid stat that operates well from your phone or its touchscreen.
