Good product easy WiFi connectivity. Programming was good as I used You Tube Video to learn how to set it up and make changes and to set a vacation schedule.

Great product, easy to use, somewhat difficult to install if you don't have that c wire, but doable. I think it's already saving me $, seems to hold the set temperature better than my previous thermostat.

The only thing I do not like is the fact that it will not show the sensor temperature on the main screen on the app. It only shows the actual thermostat temperature. Other than that I love it!

Mechanical installation - only two issues, patching the wall to reduce the size of the mounting hole and having to attach the 'C' wire at the furnace control board. Installing the app was tedious but worked. T9 has performed flawlessly since.

The installation was difficult because terrible wiring issues in our house, not because of the thermostat. Otherwise, everything has been great.
