The thermostat was easy to install. Completed in under 10 minutes. The user interface software can be a bit confusing if you have other people in your household and try to share it. It gets a bit more complicated when you add it to be controlled by the Ring App. Over I would still give it 4 out of 5 even with the complication of sharing access to multiple users.

Effectively keeps a constant even temperature in our upstairs rooms with our thermostat mounted downstairs. Would recommend this unit plus room sensors for anyone with a two story home that has previously found it challenging to keep even temperatures in all rooms.
