The T9 Smart Thermostat was easy to install, and easy to use. Setup instructions were easy, and now controlling my home temperature, whether I’m in the house or away, is a breeze. Especially since I also invested in one sensor, which I use in the Master Bedroom. Worth the money.

Very easy to setup and use. Bright easy to read display. Mobile app is also easy and intuitive. I would have given this 5 stars but the "runtime" aspect of the app seems like it is incomplete. It shows runtime from a few days back and the level of detail is low. This could be much better.

After a month or so of use, i give 5 stars for the T9 Wi-Fi Thermostat. I'd recommend it without reservation.
Easily controlled both manually (at the thermostat) and via the app on our phones. Installation was relatively straightforward with one call to tech support to address placement of the "W" wire for our particular heat pump / air conditioning setup.
Support was incredibly efficient and accurate in their assistance. Without a doubt the best tech support response I've experienced in quite some time.
We are now very confident in the ability to leave the house for a stretch of time while being able to control the temp. and humidity. (Especially important in Florida)

After 2 plus years of ongoing wifi issues with a Nest gen. 2, I made the switch to a T9 based on my HAVC guy recommendation. The install and setup was very easy and logical to follow. It detected a g reen wire (compressor) issue and I was able to correct. The display is easy to see from across the room and is simple to set. I do not plan to use the scheduling at this time. My old Nest while stylish the learning aspect was NOT useful and often heated or cooled at inappropriate times. The added remote sensor is also a plus.

Overall, this smart thermostat works well. With the optional additional temperature sensors that can be placed around the house, I am able to program the thermostat to respond to temperature in different areas of my two story home depending on the time of day. The upstairs is always warmer than the downstairs, but I can have the control respond to the downstairs temperature during the day and the upstairs temperature at night. I can also program the A/C fan to run on call, intermittently, or continuously - something I was not able to do with my previous smart thermostat. That helps even out the temperature across the two stories as I transition from day to night. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the interface on the app and on the thermostat itself needs some improvement. The app always shows the main thermostat on the first screen instead of the sensor that it is using to control the AC. You have to click through two screens to see all the sensors. It has 4 default schedule blocks that you can't rename (but you can disable), but you can add your own additional schedule blocks. The thermostat itself shows the set temperature. You have to touch it to see the actual temperature. Otherwise, it works great and has all the standard features of other smart thermostats. Temps reported on the main unit and the sensor seem to be accurate to within 1 degree of a bulb thermometer. I installed it myself, but had to add the C wire, so it took about an hour overall. I've had it a month now, and am satisfied overall. I haven't tried the geofencing, and so far it's just been doing cooling (no heating). I've also used the vacation setting, and was able to check on the temperatures in house while I was across the country.

Finally I can get the desired temperature in each bedroom! Using the T9 plus remote sensors has helped me to adjust the air outlet dampers in each bedroom so we can maintain a comfortable temperature in each of them. The thermostat and remote sensors were easy to set up and adjust to get the result we desired.
