Easy for homeowner installation. So far seems to average out desired temperatures in three (3) rooms. Hoping that this will be the case when weather turns cold

The thermostat works great and was easy to install. It has all the functions I was looking for and then some. I can even adjust the temperature while I am away (not on the same network). The only two downsides to this thermostat is the back lighting. Even when set at the dimmest setting, it is still very bright. The other is that the display shows one temperature. Is it I set the temperature the thermostat is set at, or the actual temperature of the house?
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent device. Love the remote sensors and configuration options. The only features I find missing right now is the ability to sync with sunset/sunrise instead of hard-coded times and ability to see multiple thermostats on the Ring app.

The install was fairly easy. I had to call customer support to get the proper wiring diagram for my unit. They had it on hand so kuddos to them for that. However, since I installed this thermostat I've had nothing but issues with my AC unit. I've had it a couple of weeks now but so far not real impressed.

Easy to read and control smart T-9 thermostat

While, as retired seniors home 24/7, we do not necessarily need the fancy touches such as programmability or even remote control of the thermostats from our phones or tablets, those features present with this thermostat are nice to have as it saves a trip upstairs if we want to vary the temperature zones in unused rooms. Of even greater importance to us is the clear and highly visible temperature readings and controls. The Residio (aka formerly Honeywell Home) app is intuitive and easy to use. There being no need to replace backup batteries in the thermostat, as was the case with our 22-year-old Honeywell thermostats is a plus as well. Overall, we are pleased with the switch and with the purchase

Smart phone syncing not always functional

It doesn't always sync with my phone, meaning when I try to change the temperature from my phone it doesn't work.

Works well. Keeps the house cool at 78 during the day 76-74 in our bedroom at night. The summers are 100+ and the system seldom gos into 2nd stage to keep it cool. I use 2 sensors one in living room and in the bedroom. That keeps the whole house cool all the time.
