Solved an issue we had with getting our a/c balanced for almost a year. The sensors did the trick. Not sure why the company who installed the system couldn't figure it out....

Very hard to get setup. Help/customer service person even told me it wouldn’t send me alerts that this unit couldn’t do that. I then told them it would. Lots of trouble getting setup. First Honeywell smart thermostat wouldn’t work with 5g Wi-Fi. Had to remove & buy T9. No where does it say it won’t work with 5g.

The remote sensor works great. We have two much different rooms strangely put on the same heating system zone, a mud room and the master bath! The thermostat wiring is in the mud room but we wanted the PRIORITY to be the master bath. The remote sensor gave us this without running a new thermostat wire to the master bath.

It is one of the best Thermostat to buy. With that being said, the app users interface mirrors the Thermostat and is one of the most easiest to navigate compared with others in its class.
