I ordered and installed this thermostat because our 2nd level (furnace in the attic above the second level) was staying 10-15 degrees warmer than the main level (thermostat is on the main level). I added two room sensors upstairs and so far so good! The app makes it very convenient to control settings and temperatures as well.

The app constantly logs me out and refuses to show the weather consistently. It also has no way to let me turn the air handler fan on to circulate the air in my house.
