The Thermostat came with the common terminal kit even though the description did not indicate it would, (I'm glad it did because I made some assumptions I should not have). The directions were very thorough and made the installation very easy. (initially a bit nervous, but once I opened up the air handler it became more obvious) It works great, it integrates with both Amazon Alexa and Ring cameras to give me more control of my homes operating systems. it is also easier to program than going to the thermostat and fiddling with buttons to program it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Fixes an issue of old thermostat being installed in poor location.
I am disappointed with the app always requiring me to fully log back in despite having set up face ID login. (I have double checked the log in settings.)

This is such an easy thermostat to use. Such a comfort to watch the levels in the house and change so easily. This one is in our winter condo, but will definitely consider getting one for our house back in MN. Thank you to IID of CA and Synergy.

Works Well, Easy Setup - No Electrician Needed

I was worried that I would get stuck half way through the setup and have to hire an electrician. I was wrong. Setup was very easy. Shutting off the power and opening the maintenance panel on your furnace can sound intimidating but it's really not. Turn off the main breaker, install the C-Wire Adapter and you're good to go! Also easily connected to the Amazon Ring app.

The thermostat will not work right keeps freezing up woke up one night 88 dagree in house it was set to 72 could not get it to shut unit off went out side pulled main braker went without heat the rest on the night and bought a different thermostat the next day
