We replaced an ECOBEE thermostat, it had never failed us. This unit will go dark so that we cannot do anything with it for periods of time. Then I need to go to the phone app (I hate phone apps) to wake it up. Haven't had it for very long yet, but seriously considering reinstalling the EcoBee.

Overall we are happy with our purchase. Our thermostat sits behind our TV but the external monitors help regulate the heat throughout the house. What impressed us the most was the install help we received. They held my hand the entire time and made the install flawless

T9 failed after 3 days, leaving us with no heat in winter. The "customer support" from Honeywell was abyssmal when this happened. Not a good impression for either the product or the once-trusted brand.
