Geo Fensing Works when it wants to

Geo only works when it wants to. Can't count on it and that is the main reason I bought the unit. I have opened a ticket on the problem months ago and Resideo has blown me off totally. If I could I would return it and but something that works.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Never Delivered Apple HomeKit Compatibility

Resideo promised this product would be updated to deliver Apple HomeKit compatibility by the end of 2019. I bought it knowing that could easily be an empty promise, and sure enough it was. It's a decent, but not great, wifi thermostat with a below-average app, but Resideo is not a trustworthy company.r
It didn’t work. Would not control HVAC upon installation. Must have been a defective unit. Removed and reinstalled unit a second time double checking all connections made. Same result. Replaced with new Nest E. Worked immediately.
I returned both thermostats due to the incompatibility of other smart products not working with my Samsung SmartThings. The thermostats worked very well, but the reason for choosing these items was to have one hub that worked for all of my products.
Great thermostat easy installation and programming
I would recommend this to a friend!

False promises

I bought this product last year when it was advertised that it will be Apple HomeKit-enabled by the end of 2019. Till now there's nothing. Now I'm stuck with an over-priced thermostat that doesn't that doesn't have the only option I bought it for.
not compatible with home kit & the user environment is garbage

Excellent Thermostat - No Apple Home Support

Builder supplied a Honeywell T5 in our new home. I am an Apple Home user, and wanted a geo-fence, remote-controlled thermostat that made life easy, and worked with this system. I read reviews, asked many questions, and was told the T9 would have Apple Home support "very soon". Honestly, being a home-control geek, I've had numerous wifi-enabled thermostats. This is the absolute best thermostat I've owned, with the ability to monitor multiple rooms, etc. But here we are, a year later, with many requests for status for Home support, and no support in sight.
