Easy setup, especially since I already had Honeywell T4 and T5's. Didn't have to rewire anything and it even guided me through the setup for the upstairs unit. The included room sensors are a nice touch and we may be getting a few more based on their performance so far.

Excellent. I love how it connects to the Ring app flawlessly. The only minor complaint is that the actual Honeywell app has a slight lag compared to the Ring app i.e. sometimes it says it's set at 74 degrees, but i know earlier i set it to 71. I'll close the app, open it and then it says set at 71. Otherwise it's efficient and simple. Or i'll just use the Ring app (no lag). Thank you! 5 stars.

Disappointed that I can’t either set the heating minimum for a normally unoccupied space. I have to turn the thermostat mode OFF and that’s not a setting that is apparent within Alexa’s interface to routines. The schedule doesn’t accommodate for changing modes either

Has lots of handy features when they work correctly. Little quirky at time but hopefully they will solve these through a software download. Not enough to not buy it again but annoying when you look at what you are paying.

Not sure yet if this thermostat and my unit are compatible. When heat increase + 2 degrees, aux heat comes on at outside temp of 50 degrees!

Easy to use and easy to install. I like the simplicity of the interface and the fact that it doesn’t have a million options. It has the just the right amount of options to balance with the ease of use. I put a sensor in each of my kids bedrooms and now their rooms stay perfectly balanced, instead of the two degree difference I had before.
