We had an OLD round thermostat that had no back light, so I could barely see it. We talked to a relative that is an HVAC technician and he recommended this one. We are gone a lot with our jobs, so I LOVE the app on my phone. He was even able to walk us through hooking it to our furnace, since the other thermostat was from the stone age. We've had it for a month, and I truly don't know how I survived without this. I LOVE IT and would recommend this to anyone!

The product would not turn on air conditioning. I checked the wiring and it was the same as the previous Honeywell thermostat. I was in a chat trying to resolve the issue and got disconnected. No attempt was made to reconnect with me to resolve the issue so I will be returning the device.
