Sleek & modern interface. I prefer the layout and ease of setting up a schedule much better than compared to Nest. There was a slight challenge with the app registration but was able get it up & running. The app seems to be a little buggy at times. Ex: I have to load the app twice to get to the temp settings.

Great thermostat, easy to use, easy to use app. The installation instructions aren't clear on installation with a two-stage heat pump, but a call to tech support - answered on a Saturday - fixed the issue.
I bought this thermostat mainly for the remote sensors (which cost extra). The remote sensors allow the thermostat to prioritize the temperature in our master bedroom, which often has a different heat/cool requirement than the main hallway in the house. Makes it much more comfortable, and prevents the need to adjust the temperature up and down based on where we are in the house.

Took a bit to figure out how to add a 2nd location. Works great. Very easy to set temps and adjust vacation settings in both of our houses.

Thermostat is nice, but app is not reliable. Have to log in at least two times consecutively to see the virtual control panel (just see blank screen on the first attempt). Annoying.

Replaced a old wi fi honeywell thermostat that I used for many years when that thermostat went bad I looked to Honeywell for my replacement . Brought the T9 with 1 senor and works great now I can check temp in two different locations in my house with the possibility to add more sensors at a later time if I choose to. This T9 also sends alerts to the app if the house gets to hot or to cold depending on your temp set points for the alerts. Able to use the app to check temps on iPhone works great.

I love that it has remote access - if it’s cold at night I don’t have to go downstairs to turn it on. It also let’s met see thr weather and humidity levels inside.
