I am pleased with the thermostat to date though still getting accustomed to the Smart Room Sensors. I had to have the thermostat professionally installed as it is not for a DIYer whose wiring differs from in the diagram unless they have some related experience. Love how it looks on the wall.

It's OK at best. Small touch screen makes it a bit difficult to scroll through the schedule without selecting something. Could use a button for quick setting when leaving rather then having to use the touch screen,...

This thermostat is very easy to install and configure. It covers the screw holes in your wall if you are replacing an older horizontal type thermostat made by Honeywell. The phone app works great but has a few nuances that are not completely obvious.

The thermostats are great. However, your software (app) is extremely unstable and unreliable. I have to kill and restart it EVERY day, or I frequently open the app to see a screen saying "too many attempts" (whatever that means) and it proceeds to log out and require to log in again. And your cloud often reports the wrong room temperature for your Alexa integration.

Very easy ti install. Would like to see the current outside temp as the larger temp on the screen instead of the current temp inside. Other than that enjoy it very much. Replaced a Nest Thermostat with this one as I just got tired of messing with the Nest.

Honeywell rocks! My house, like many in the 70s has baseboard everywhere leaving the downstairs bedroom smoldering if you close the door. With the T9 I used the wireless sensor in the bedroom and left the stat location alone...boom finally some control.

Geo Fencing is not always reliable. You have to have the app running in the front ground. Issues with over heating the house. The heat does not alway auto turn down at the specified time. The one thing that always seems to work great is when I leave the house the temp adjusts to the away setting.
