Installation was fairly easy after contacting customer support. Registering the unit with wi-fi is a pain. It only works on 2.4 ghz for registering so had to hotspot my iPad to complete the task. Still consistently dropped connection.

The Geo fencing is a little bit of a challenge when I go some place and my wife stays home. I have to turn off Geo fencing or adjust the range of it (apparently before I leave home. If I change it remotely (from several miles away, it does not work

Geofencing would not work, lost WiFi regularly. Took it back and bought different model lots cheaper.

This replaces my other honeywell thermostat. Fortunately i do not need rewiring and also don't need the c wire that comes with the package. I just followed the instruction and was done in less than an hour including the programming/ setting schedule

To reach technical support a nightmare. We constantly got the message saying: There is a company holiday for three days and after that 1:45 minutes to talk to somebody in Turkey

Need more comprehensive installation instructions

The installation instructions need to be much more comprehensive. I was installing this to replace an old SPDT thermostat and it took hours of research to figure out the correct wiring configuration. It turned out to be relatively simple and something that could be easily covered in an online guide. Don’t rely on someone having the correct wiring in the previous thermostat!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love this T9 thermostat. The app makes it so I can control it from anywhere I am. I was outside working in the yard and saw the heat in the house was turning on, I was able to drop the temprature without going back inside the house. Love that it tells me the humidity in the house too.
